GenSoy Premium Soya Flour is pure defatted soya flour. It is not meant to be used directly but can be mixed with any other flour like wheat flour, corn flour, maida and besan. The quantity should be 10% to 15% of GenSoy Premium Soya Flour mixed to the other flour. GenSoy Premium Soya Flour can also be added to Cake, Pastry, Biscuits,Chocolate mixes and even dough for Pizza Bases. Addition of GenSoy Premium Soya Flour increase the nutritional quality of the preparation. It also lends a distinctive aroma and saturated feel to the dish.
